Zoom Links - There will be a zoom link for each day. These will be posted in the corresponding slack channels e.g. #sparcsxiii_day1 day 2 etc . They have also been added to the pdf program

Speakers:

Please upload your slides before your session to the appropriate folder here (mainly for in-person speakers, online speakers it is optional for you to upload). If for some reason you need to pre-record your talk you can do that and upload to the same folder. Contributed talk slots are 20 minutes (suggest 15+5) invited talks are 30 minutes (suggested 25+5). Talks will be recorded, please advise in advance if you wish yours not to be.

Posters and Sparkler Talks:

There will be space to hang physical posters onsite, no size restrictions were mentioned

(standard poster sizes should be fine).

There is a slack channel #sparcsxiii_posters where anyone can post a digital poster version.

The Sparkler talks are set for end of the day on Tuesday. Please create either a digital version of

your poster or a single slide in pdf form and upload it to this google drive folder . Expect 1-2

minutes per sparkler talk. Please upload it by end of the day Monday Nov 3 and we will compile

them into a single file to make things go more smoothly.
